Roots & Bonds

My most recent project ‘Roots & Bonds’ has been my way of looking closely at my brother, at our relationship, and at all the ways we’ve changed and grown over time. It’s about the quiet kind of growth that doesn’t always show up in milestones or big moments, but in the details: a look, a gesture, the way we’ve learned to show up for each other. The photos and words in this project don’t try to tell a complete story, they just hold onto the parts that felt true while they were happening. Making this book helped me see that growing up together isn’t a finished process, it’s something we’re still doing, and maybe always will be.
